I’ve bought my ticket, now what?
You will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. Closer to the event you will receive instructions on how to watch each session. If you do not receive joining instructions by 20 October, please email wcvd9@thewebinarvet.com.

Are the courses RACE approved?
All sessions from the main programme and company symposia are in the process of being RACE approved.  Confirmation will be given on the website when all are approved.

How long do I have access to these webinars?
WCVD9 will be available to view for 6 months, until April 2021.

How do I access the webinars?
Access to the webinars is through the WCVD9 site, which will be uploaded in due course.

21st October 7am BST: Exhibition and Company Sympoisa
22nd October 7am BST: All program sessions

Is there translation available?
The Dermatology in General Practice sessions will be available in the following languages Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese and Spanish. All other program sessions are delivered in English.

Do I get a certificate for watching a webinar?
Your WCVD9 Certificates will be available to download from Monday 26 October.
You will find your certificates in your dashboard which will become apparent when the event launches.

What does my ticket include?

  • Advanced Clinical Dermatology = Dermatology in General Practice Sessions, Advanced Clinical Dermatology sessions, Feline; Equine; Wildlife & Exotics

Purchasing queries

I need a VAT invoice, how do I obtain this?

When you purchase a ticket you will automatically receive a confirmation via email that the payment has been successful.  If you require a vat invoice please a request email to finance@thewebinarvet.com ensuring you quote the Order Number shown on your payment confirmation.

 

How much VAT will I have to pay?

The VAT applied to purchases varies from customer to customer depending on your location and whether you have a valid VAT number.  On the billing page when you select your country location this will automatically adjust the VAT charged on your purchase.  When you enter your VAT number (if you have one) this will then also adjust the vat charged.

 

I forgot to enter my VAT number before purchasing, what do I do?

Unfortunately VAT numbers must be entered before the purchase is completed.

 

I have a discount code and I forgot to enter it before purchasing, what do I do?

Unfortunately, discount codes must be entered before the purchase is completed.

 

One of WCVD9s sponsors or exhibitors has gifted me a ticket but I have already purchased a ticket privately, can I have a refund?

Sure thing, email finance@thewebinarvet.com, quoting your Order number stated on your payment confirmation and the provider of the gift ticket and we will refund you.
